Before embarking on any journey, you must first set your course - otherwise we go in circles in the open sea of life.
Step 1: Set Your Course is a 3-month foundational program designed to help you reconnect with your authentic self, regulate your nervous system, and lay the groundwork for sustainable transformation.
This is not surface-level coaching.
It’s a deep, personalized immersion that blends soul-centered guidance with evidence-based neuroscience and mind-body education. Think of me as your nervous system mentor, personal growth tutor, and energetic mirror — all in one.

3 coaching sessions per month (60 minutes each) to:
Clarify your vision and goals
Reconnect with your authentic self and core values
Learn how to balance your energy levels, find your voice and validate your intuition
Work through challenges as they arise.
Education and personalized practices, such as:
Nervous system regulation tools rooted in polyvagal theory
Eating and living in sync with your menstrual cycle and hormones

Mindfulness and breathwork for rewiring your brain and nervous system

Stay the course
After you’ve Set Your Course, you are now an established client and have access to flexible and discounted continuation options to Stay The Course for your continued journey. From this place of established trust and mutual understanding, your coaching journey becomes yours to determine.
Below are the continuation options available to you after completing the initial 3-month program, allowing you the flexibility to choose the frequency and intensity that best suits your needs and goals moving forward.

Do you feel ready to fly solo but want the chance to book a tune-up as needed? Perhaps you need time to reflect, without committing to a longer coaching journey, or you’re seeking clarity on a specific challenge or decision.
Book a PONDER session to explore your thoughts deeply in a supportive, non-judgmental space. This single, focused 60-minute session will give you the clarity you need to move forward with confidence.

4-Session Package
Do you need a bit more time to work through your journey, but still want the flexibility to pace out your sessions? This 4-Session Pack allows you to dive deeper into your process while still offering flexibility. You can schedule your sessions at a frequency that fits your needs—whether weekly, bi-weekly, or customized to your pace.
Sessions are valid for 6 months from the purchase date, giving you ample time to reflect, grow, and make meaningful progress.

- Text and voice memo support from Monday to Friday for real-time coaching ($50 value)
- Monthly renewal with the option to pause or cancel before the next billing cycle — keeping you in the driver’s seat
