This module is about getting honest and compassionate with the state of your nervous system. Sometimes, our nervous system can get 'stuck' in the Fight/Flight or Freeze due to past experiences being held in the body. This is a protective and survival mechanism of the body and it doesn't mean there's anything wrong with you.
Understanding how this mechanism works is the first step to clearing that residual energy and finding calm without needing to turn to screens for numbing.

Meet your Instructor
Meet Abby Payne, RN, Board-Certified Holistic Nurse Coach + Creator of the Digital Detox Program
Abby Payne is a Registered Nurse, Board-Certified Coach, and the creator of the Digital Detox program. After burning out in the ICU during the pandemic and turning to late-night scrolling to cope, Abby experienced firsthand the toll of digital overwhelm. That wake-up call led her to study the neuroscience of habit, screen addiction, and nervous system regulation.
Blending research with soul, she developed tools that helped her heal—and then began teaching others to do the same. What started as a live group experience now lives on as a self-paced course that has helped people reduce anxiety, improve sleep, and cut screen time by up to 90%.
With a clinical foundation, holistic lens, and trauma-informed approach, Abby guides people to reconnect with their bodies, values, and presence—without guilt or perfectionism.

I created this course for the version of me that felt stuck and addicted to my phone and had forgotten how to be still.
